1. You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to return it to us for a refund or exchange if you are unhappy with it for any reason.

2. You need to have proof of purchase and the item must be in its original packaging and condition in order to be eligible for a return.

3. If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a return. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
