Welcome to Chiccubs. Please review our billing terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • PayPal

All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Order Processing & Billing

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed.
  • If there are any issues with billing or payment verification, we may contact you to resolve them before processing your order.

4. Taxes & Duties

  • Sales tax may be applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • We do not store payment details for security reasons. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cancellations can only be made within  24 hours of placing an order. After this period, orders are final.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, please check:

  • That your payment details are correct
  • That your bank or payment provider has not blocked the transaction
  • That you have sufficient funds available

We reserve the right to update these billing terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
