Refunds & Returns

At Chiccubs, all of our products are made-to-order and personalized just for you. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer replacements and refunds under certain conditions.

1. Order Issues Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item, color, or personalization due to our mistake.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@chiccubs.com, providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)

2. Conditions for Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds will be processed only if the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our part.
  • If eligible for a replacement, we will remake and reship your item at no additional cost.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Replaceable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Change of mind or personal preference after the order has been made.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or pattern due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Since our products are made-to-order, we allow cancellations or changes only within 12 hours after placing the order. After this period, production begins, and modifications may not be possible.

5. Policy Updates

Chiccubs reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
