At Chiccubs, all items are made-to-order. This means that each product is crafted just for you after you place your order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Since all items are made-to-order, additional time may be required for customization and quality checks.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM. EST will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Options, Costs & Delivery Estimates

We offer three shipping options for all destinations:

  • Standard Shipping (Affordable and reliable)
  • Expedited Shipping (Faster delivery for urgent orders)
  • Express Shipping (The quickest option available)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

3. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s regulations.
  • Chiccubs is not responsible for these additional charges, and they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will assist you.

6. Address & Shipping Errors

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
